I purchased this surveillance camera expecting it to perform as advertised, but unfortunately it is not working as expected. I would like to highlight the following issues:

1. Intruder detection: the camera is supposed to detect people only, but it detects any object as a person. For example, i constantly receive "person detected" notifications when it's just the mailbox or other harmless objects. On the other hand, sometimes it fails to detect real people, which seriously compromises security.


2. Incorrect notifications: because of the detection issue, i do not receive reliable or valid alerts, which makes the notification system ineffective.


3. Voice communication: the two-way voice communication feature does not work properly. There is a lot of interference, and the person on the other side cannot understand what i say, and i also cannot understand them.

It took too long to deliver, only 2 days left until the delivery date. 😞
